Clients have the option to cancel our services. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
The service comprises of usage of the platform which includes the Personal Dashboard on the Portal and the Mobile App.
The Personal Dashboard with personalized diet plans are made available on the Portal and the Mobile App as soon as the user details including Start Date, Body Type Constitution and Medical Details are set.
Since the services are offered over the electronic media for instant consumption, refund after having used the Personal Dashboard is not permissible.
Clients may seek cancellation and full refund after the payments are done but before the usage of the Personal Dashboard.

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent to email@example.com. Phone requests will not constitute acceptance of any cancellation.
If the account has been cancelled by us due to a breach of the terms and conditions on the client’s part, client will not be eligible for a refund.
