A. The diet plans are nutritious and well balanced, fatigue is generalised. Eat your fruits and salads on time and ensure that you are eating all meals as prescribed. In our experience, some people who are deficient in vitamin B12 may experience may experience fatigue. We advise you to consult with your physician.
 

Q. How is my diet planned? Is it based on nutritional updates?
A. The diet plans are based on Ayurveda principles and Ayurvedic bio-assessment. The plans are not very low calorie like any other diets. But, the diet principles are kept in mind and nutritional well-being of the individual is considered.
 

Q. I can login in to my account but cannot view my diet plan
A. Please note that you will be emailed your 30 days diet plan on the registered email id with us. You can change your browser setting to be able to view your diet plan on YuWoW account.
 

Q. Can I cheat on my plan?

Q. I have lost the desired weight. What next?
A. If you have reached your weight loss goals in 30 days, please write to our customer support team at support@yuwow.com with the Subject “More Plans” and we shall guide you on the next best steps. We can assist you in losing weight further and even maintaining the lost weight.
 

Q. Shall I exercise with this plan?
A. Well, a basic daily brisk walking or recreational sports is recommended. You may not need to exceed your exercise limits on YuWoW diet plans for the 15 days program.
 

Q. Can I share the same diet with a friend or family member? Will the same plan work for them?
A. The YuWoW diet plans are based on the diagnosis of your Aryurvedic body constitution. The same diet plan will not work and is not recommended for another individual. Blood group and your Ayurveda prakriti both are matched to make appropriate diet plans. YuWoW diet plans are unique and respond to individual and is not generic.
 

Q. What should I do if I need to lose more weight?
A. In order to lose more than 8 lbs, it is best that you follow a hand held regime with a diet expert. Write to our customer support team at support@yuwow.com with the Subject “More Plans” and they shall direct you to next steps.
 

Q. Is bloating and gas expected in this plan?
A. The diet plans are based on healthy ingredients and will actually relieve bloating as well as gas. But, at time certain pulse protein may cause bloating in few cases. It is advised to drink plenty of warm water and chew on ajwain seeds if that happen.
 

Q. Although I am not constipated by constitution but am not comfortable since a few days. Kindly advice.
A. To relieve yourself on constipation, please have any laxative that you use regularly. Psyllium husk, wheat bran and triphala are natural laxatives with no side effects and can be taken at night with plenty of water. Have 1 teaspoon with warm water of any of these post dinner, to relieve constipation.
