Sauteed Tofu

Ingredients :
  • Tofu – 4 pieces
  • Olive Oil – 1/4 cup
  • Minced Ginger – 1 tsp
  • Minced Garlic – 1 tsp
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • Chopped Green Onions – 1 tsp
  • Green Chilli Chopped – 2 tsp
  • Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Steps :
  • Cut tofu into 1 1/2-inch square pieces, and then cut each piece into 2 triangles, pat dry.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, sauté tofu until golden brown and keep it aside, add green onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, soy sauce and seasoning.
  • Sauté again for 2 minutes.
  • Serve garnished with green onions.
